How long to receive our items?
We turnaround all items within 10 days from purchase but normally much sooner

Can we have them delivered to our nursery?
Yes these can be delivered to any Total Tots Nursery just select which one when ordering shipping

Can i put my childs full name on the garments
Due to safegarding we reccomend that only first names are used.

What if i ordered the wrong size?
Please get in touch as quicky as possible and we might be able to change the order.

Can i change the colour of the hoodie
Sorry we cant as navy is the colour that Total Tots would like for the uniform.

Stitching is coming out
Please drop the garment off at nursery and we will replace it for you this may take up to 10 days
